ORIGINAL WEB FRONTEND
Piggy.eu Original Loyalty Frontend
I was the sole frontend engineer when the project began. I created the web application from scratch and later led frontend delivery as the team grew after the MVP.

01 Delivery
How I structured the frontend as the team grew.
I defined the web application architecture and created a reusable component library alongside the main React application. The codebase used TypeScript, with MobX for application state.
I used Webpack for module bundling and production optimization, with Jenkins for CI. The project also included Sass/SMACSS, internationalization, and tests. After the MVP, more frontend engineers joined. I continued implementing features while reviewing code, mentoring engineers, coordinating delivery, and helping manage the backlog.
