Senior engineering for products that need to keep evolving.

Thirteen years building web platforms from the ground up. Currently lead software engineer on an AI-powered collaborative SaaS: multiple React/Next.js applications and a shared component library in one monorepo, on top of fifteen Cloudflare Workers microservices.

The work spans frontend architecture, design systems, and performance — Lighthouse 100 sites, 2.5–3× page-load improvements on production apps — plus production AI features: RAG and vector search, LLM routing, AI chat. I write about local-first AI for freeCodeCamp, Medium, and dev.to.

Took four products from empty repository to production launch. Led teams of two to seven, mentored fourteen engineers, and currently coach company leadership on AI engineering and system design. The doctrine has not changed in a decade: boring tools where they matter, ambitious pieces isolated enough to be reliable.

AI-powered collaborative SaaS and mini-app platform on Cloudflare. Owns frontend architecture across a monorepo of React/Next.js apps and a shared Foundation library; designed 4 of 15 Workers microservices (realtime audio, mini-app core, AI app-generation, sandboxed runtime); built the real-time collaboration layer on Durable Objects; migrated the marketing site from Next.js to Astro — Lighthouse 100/100.

Cross-platform hybrid application (web, mobile, desktop) from a single-codebase monorepo: Next.js, React Native / RN Web, GraphQL. Established testing and tooling standards.
